We only take advance bookings for a minimum of 2 nights at weekends from March through to September.
During July & August though, this may not apply until the previous week due to longer periods available.
3 nights for Bank Holiday Weekends.
You may book in from 12pm - 8pm. However, later booking in accepted, by prior arrangement.
Please give your estimated time of arrival when booking.
Book OUT
Vacate the room by 10am on day of departure.

Deposit required:
One night stay or 1/3 of total, whichever is the greatest.
Balance on arrival.
Weekend bookings will only be held for 72 hrs without a deposit.
At least 3 days notice of cancellation must be given or rooms will be charged for.
For cancellations 4 days or more from the first day of booking, a charge of 1 day will be kept & the remainder returned.
If we manage to rebook your booking, a refund will be made minus 10% administration cost.
